My favorite Austen is Mansfield Park, because it’s difficult and the most ironic of the novels. I like difficult.

Yes, I still ship Lizzy and Charlotte. I love the 2005 Charlotte, but I dislike that they changed her line to “Not all of us can afford to be romantic,” while in the book Charlotte just “isn’t romantic” period. What she means there is, “Lizzy I don’t want to lose you, don’t hate me for marrying your skeezy cuz.”
